I highly recommend this perfect trip to Murano and Burano. It was beautiful, informative, and a shopping extravaganza! I wish I had done the full day tour to spend more time! One negative was the meeting place!!! Give yourself extra time. 8 of us waited with no guide meeting us!

The educational visit on the manual processing of glass in artisan ovens is interesting. But I don't understand why the shop is induced in internal shops with very high prices, even in the shops in the internal square of the town. The paradox is that in the bazaars along the route to Venice in the Rialto bridge area, the prices of Murano glasses, identical to those we bought on the island, are 3 euros lower per piece. One out of five would come free. What a disappointment!!!

Decent tour - about 25 minutes in total . About 10
Minutes in the grand canal and the rest in small canals although not the most beautiful ones. Main reason we chose this booking was the departure point was not at st Marco and therefore uncrowded and it was easy to find . In mid October it was not necessary to book in advance as we passed many vacant gondolas for cheaper fixed price but in high season I expect it is necessary to book.

Immeasurable wealth and incredible works of art. Just walking past the long lines is worth every euro. But that's not all - the guide's explanations and explanations were very good. Any time again, perfect organization. Thanks!

Rosella our tour guide was fantastic, very informative. We loved hearing about the fascinating history and folklore of Venice’s islands. Everyone at the glass factory in Murano and the lace shop in Burano were friendly, informative and a really good laugh. Seeing the way the glass pieces were made was also fascinating and thoroughly entertaining! Burano is also beautiful. It was mine and my mum’s favourite part of our trip to Venice. The Prosecco on the way back to Venice was also lovely! I would highly recommend this tour, great fun, great chance to meet people, explore and learn more about the Venetian islands and check out/buy some beautiful artisan gifts!

Really enjoyed our gondola ride! All well organised and efficient. The actual ride lasted for 25 minutes, which felt like long enough and was good value for money. Really pleased we booked this, the highlight of our day in Venice!

a lot of free time in murano, little in burano, and a visit to torcello is unnecessary, where there is nothing to see. Anyway the tour was good

The guide was excellent. He gave us lots of information about the history of Venice. My only gripe would be to say he walked very fast and some people struggled to keep up with his. Perhaps this needs to be taken into account. The Gondola ride was beautiful. Very relaxing but it could have been even better had the Gondolier even so much as made eye contact with us. Had he been just a little bit cordial we would have given him a tip. That is not the fault of the guide or the tour company so overall this was a good activity

The glass blowing demo on Murano was enjoyable and the colourful houses on Burano were worth seeing. However, the time spent on the glass show room was too long, and we were only taken to that glass shop on Murano. It would be much better we could take a look at other places and visit other shops on the island.

Tout was great, a little confusing at the beginning when we were allocated numbers for the radios and who was our tour guide, seem to wait around wondering if we had missed our guide or she had not arrived yet, not a great deal of information to get set up for the tour. Our guide on the tour was fantastic, really informative and new her stuff.
