Scheduling this private water taxi was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The guide, Giorgia, met my friend and I at the train station and navigated us and our luggage through the area. The young water taxi driver assisted us with our heavy luggage and boarding his beautiful boat. The Grand Canal was bustling with all kinds of boats and gondolas. A pleasure to be escorted to our hotel in such a grand fashion! The cost was minimal compared to the lovely experience!

The gondola ride was awesome!! we had an extra guide who told us about the history of Venice and its canals, we were also able to chat with the gondolier. You spoke French pretty well. We highly recommend this experience!!

We were glad we booked this experience in advance with Viator. We met our guide and she led us to the front of the line. We had a great experience and appreciated her help!

The best thing about the tour has been our guide. Lidia has been really charming and has known how to convey her love for Venice to us. A 100% recommended experience.

We went to Venice and got a tip from relatives to make sure we add this trip to our itinerary. Easy to book online but when we tried the google map link on the ticket to find the meeting place, we were directed to another Calle Seconda dela Fava near Rialto instead. Good thing that we went early, as we realised we can't find any Serenissima Boat desk and later found it the desk is all the way in San Marco. Very confusing for first timers in Venice!! When we finally got there, I showed our eticket and was asked to stand on the side. We were one of the first ones to board the boat but got stopped as they had to verify our tickets so they set us aside to let the rest of the passengers board while she waited for confirmation on our booking. We were pissed off from both waiting under extreme heat and missing our opportunity to get a good seat on the ferry!!! The staff needs to work on their communication skills and fix the google map link issue. However, since Murano and Burano are great places to stay, we eventually let go of these and had a very memorable experience. I would probably research for another company offering the same tour or just go by yourself using the water taxi so you wont have any time constraint!

You can't see Venice without gondolas. Gondola ride is an absolute must, unbelievable how they push the long boat through the canals with those sticks, without hitting anything. It's a pity that the gondolier didn't tell much and certainly didn't sing O sole mio. A little more enthusiasm there would have been great. And the chance to take a photo with your partner as you board

It's a great activity when you don't stay long in Venice. But as it is an activity that I really liked, if I come back, I will spend more time on each island because I find that an hour with everything there is to see. It goes way too fast.

An experience that should be lived at least once in a lifetime. Exciting, suggestive. I lived it with husband and children, and we were all enchanted

We loved having the tours of Murano and Burano and the opportunity to get on the water, while in Venice. Flavia was an excellent guide, friendly and informative. She also helped us to get to the oldest bookstore in Venice!

The tour guide was very helpful and was pointing out various landmarks around the islands. The passengers were split into two groups, one each for two glass factories on Murano. We went to the Mazzucato factory which had a very good demonstration of glass blowing

This was a great experience. It started out a little rough because the place was really hard to find, even more so because there was construction and scaffolding by the entrance to the via that you needed to get to. That made us late and the shop owner was very upset about it (as was I). Eventually he came around and our boys ended up having a really great experience with him. He was patient and kind with the kids and very kind to me as well. While I was there, many people came to find him saying they bought masks years ago from him and wanted to find him. His quality was exceptional - everything in the shop was made by either him or his wife and the you could see how much the loved their work. He has been doing this his whole life and his passion was unmistakable. We got great products and wonderful memories for our kids! High recommend this - just be on time ;)

I'll give it 5 stars as we thoroughly enjoyed the day trip to the islands, although on reflection we could of well spent another hour on Burano as the island is so lovely & we just wanted to explore it a bit more & then have a bite to eat and this is without seeing any lace being made (tbh we weren't fussed but this may help others who want to) Our guide was lovely, very friendly & informative, the only part apart from being able to spend long on Burano is that we stood outside the church on Murano for a good 10mins been told the history before walking into it, this for us was at last 5 mins too long, other than that a really great day out on both islands as watching the 'live' demonstration of the glass being made was superb.

I enjoyed the gondola ride the most and the brief history!

Our guide Katy was absolutely amazing. She was gracious and knowledge. She made every stop feel special.

The water bus was easy to find and using the tickets pre booked was better than trying to work out the machine. As long as u know where u r going and where u have to get off it’s fine.

Murano part was spoiled by being captive in one shop and factory. We would have liked time to walk to all the shops, so the stop should have been another 1/2 hour longer. Technically one could have left the shop but there was no time, and you had to come through the shop again to get back to the boat. The other two islands were superb stops, and perfect as they occurred. Fifteen more minutes on Torello would have been icing on the cake.

We used this to book transfers from and to the airport it was easy .we booked a gondola aswell it took us to pick up point no hassle we will use this again thank you

It was raining and there were only a few people on the boat. It was a unique and beautiful trip. We saw so much and learnt a lot too, the trip was definitely worth it, those 4 hours were well used. Would definitely recommend to others.
