A friendly, punctual and attentive team. The service was far superior to the service booked. No waiting to enter the museum. Tour of the museum with a stop at the main monuments. Very good explanations. Movement speed very well suited for all. Our guide even went to look for people who were late. Our guide gave us all the explanations for the free visit and all this supplemented by a very useful "application" for our trips. Thanks to Anthony and Noémie, and...the whole team.

We checked in at the office without problem. (There is a small pastry and sandwich shop across the road, so we grabbed a quick delicious sandwich to eat before the trip. There are no toilet facilities at the office, although there is a small public toilet just outside. There was also an opportunity to use the washrooms before the start of the tour. We had a very interesting tour of the Palace. Entry was quick and efficient. The guide (Isabella, I think) was very informative and made the tour fun. We enjoyed in immensely and would recommend the guided tour over the audio tour. We had a quick cup of coffee and tea before our return to town. We did want to do the gardens, but as it was in winter, we decided to leave it for another trip.

Rudy was awesome - so knowledgeable and made the tour very fun! Highly, highly recommend. Great selection of champagnes and very healthy pours - a lot to drink in one hour but we all seemed to manage to do it!

Loved Disneyland!!! Had a fabulous day there! A shame that they do not offer half day tickets or reduced price, then we would have gone half day on arrival day as well, but 110€ for couple of hours is just too much. Managed to see almost everything that was open that day in one full day from 9.30am-11pm, including the parades and light show at 11pm.

This has been the second time we have had a guided tour of Musee D’Orsay. While both were highly focused on detail and very informative, Jessica had a unique approach and depth that was well focused and meaningful.

A trip to the Arc de Triomphe and a boat trip on the Seine are a must when visiting Paris for the first time. It was a good experience - and great that there wasn't a specific time the ticket for the sailing trip had to be used - so there was no stress on getting it all done.

Simply amazing. Our guide Vladina was very pleasant, with mind-blowing knowledge. She shared very specific information, and spent more time than originally planned on the tour (around 2hrs). She answered all kinds of questions and was very helpful! One of my favorite tours in Europe so far, highly recommended

The shuttle service was excellent. very helpful staff. only problem was the return. there must be some more information from the exit gate to parking about the location of Bus parking. the best will be if one person from staff can be at the exit gate with Tag of information about the bus location.

I liked that there was no loud music nor even a tour guide that I heard. We could celebrate a birthday with champagne and have good family time uninterrupted.

Excellent value for money. Food was amazing. Could perhaps do with a little more light when eating. Had to put our torches on to see . Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A fantastic way to see most of the main sight seeing points in and around Paris. Easy to find the pick up point, we arrived 20 mins before the time we wanted to board. (Wanted to board at 3.30pm so arrived at 3.20pm) this allowed us to now have to joined a long queue which made it a better experience too. Well organised, well worth the money and perfect for all ages. Would 100% recommend to do it as part of your Paris trip.

A must have if you plan on visiting any of the historic places who accept the pass. Definitely saves money and time (skip the line with a separate entrance). During our stay and due to construction/covid we needed to a pick a time to enter the Louvre, but all the rest were skip the line.

This was the best lunch cruise ever, we had an amazing time. The staff was great and welcoming, we had the window seat. The food and dessert were so delicious, 5 star for sure. I’ve been on 5 boat cruises with meals and this is the best one for lunch

One of the most beautiful palaces! You have to go through it mostly one way. Once you go into the garden, you cannot get back into the palace. Purses were allowed. There were small cafes to eat in after you exit the garden. A half day is rushing through but you can see most of it. We highly recommend this tour! Comfortable and clean bus. Organized and friendly guides. We did the audio tour and it allowed us to go at our own pace. You can pick up your audio guide right after security.

Gaetano was a fabulous guide. He was very knowledgeable & helped to make a perfect trip. We learned so much. Highly recommend the full day tour because you get so much more information about the royal family when you see all the other properties. Lunch was delicious. The group of people on our tour were amazing. We loved the smaller group & extra attention it allows for. Everything went smoothly and was as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Our guide was very great she shared a lot of knowledge, but all accompanied by a personal touch which we liked very much.

We really enjoyed the pace of the boat and the length of the tour was perfect. Paris along the river at night all lite up with the lights is amazing. We were delighted to see all the people sitting along the edge of the island walls enjoying the evening. Seeing the Eiffel Tower at the end of the tour was a grand finale. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

It was one wonderful plan to share with the family, mechanical attractions are funny and if you install in your smartphone the App from Disney park, you can manage better the waiting time to access to the games. Completely recommended! Also, the options to include in the same package the train tickets makes easier everything

The Arc, I thought held the best view of the city compared to all the other high points we visited during our trip, a must see. The boat cruise was great, quite relaxing, gives a different vantage point of certain sights and of the cities bridges you can only see from there.

Great trip along the Seine River with the added bonus of a delicious crepe with the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower. Lots is interesting sights and a comfortable boat with lots of outdoor seating as well as warm indoor seating. Great value and I would definitely recommend

Great views of the city. It was nice to have both outside and inside seating available depending on the weather. The tour guide was great and enjoyed hearing both English and French!
