The Boat ride was OK, the ship was comfortable and the view was great. The crew were polite and friendly. The boarding process on the other side was a totally different experience. I'm amazed how to reach one of the Budapest main attraction you must walk on mud, ice, shit and water and all this in the dark. I have booked with Alle and not even one sign of this company to see anywhere there - you need to walk around in the dark in the mud and ask some people which boat is where and which queue is yours. And to be fare there was no sign of any company actually - the whole process need to be changed.
