Next you’ll see St. Stephen’s Basilica and Liberty Square. The square is home to the last Soviet memorial and imposing Hungarian Parliament. From the riverbank you can enjoy the UNESCO World Heritage beautiful panorama over the Castle District: Matthias Church, Royal Palace and the Fisherman’s Bastion where your guide will explain in details about the sights.
You will then cross the Margit Bridge over to the Buda side. Here you’ll ride along the banks of the Danube taking in the Chain Bridge, Clark Adam Square, Elizabeth Bridge, Rudas baths and the famous Gellert hotel and baths before crossing the Liberty Bridge back over to the Pest side to see the Grand Market Hall, before turning back onto Andrassy Boulevard and checking out the Opera House before finishing the tour.

• On the day ride, participants will need to be fit for biking for up to 4 hours with short breaks. The evening ride is less strenuous and recommended for those looking for a more relaxed ride. Participants must know how to ride a bike. The tour runs in all weather conditions. Refunds or exchanges are not given due to adverse weather. The tour operator is not responsible for unforeseen delays or accidents.
• Bike tours are small and generally do not have more than 15 participants, making them interactive and personal and giving you plenty of chance to ask questions and get to know your guide.

This tour was led by Brigit and was excellent. She was incredibly informative and really provided a good overview of the city with information and the scenic ride. She was a guide that seem to really enjoyed her job. This tour gives you a good idea what other things you may might to see in Budapest as Brigit gives historical information and suggested other highlights throughout the tour.

If you have anything hesitations booking this Bike tour, don’t. This bike tour is a must! Our guide Balint was extremely informative and answered any questions we had. We traveled swiftly by bike to the major tourist attractions, stopping at each to chat about the meaning and history behind it. The 4 hours flew by and we had a lovely strudel and coffee break towards the end. Balint made sure we got the freshest strudels! I would recommend this bike tour to any friend traveling to Budapest.

Great ride with a lovely guide. Budapest is an ideal city for cycling trips - it's safe, lots of greenery, beautiful views. The perfect way to make friends with the city on the first day of your stay. Delicious cake and coffee in a nice restaurant. I highly recommend and wish you beautiful weather on your trip :)
