Our tour guide was a lovely very knowledgeable young lady(sorry her name I didn’t catch) the day was a long day from 8am until after 9pm but well worth it. Both the castles were interesting I preferred peles castle for the beauty inside. Dracula castle has a lot of steep steps in narrow corridors not an issue for most people but if you have any mobility issues it would be a challenge. There is a cafe at both castles the one at peles gets very busy but if you just step outside the entrance (where the bus drops you off) you will find a few local restaurants where it’s not as busy. We were given time at both castles to get a drink and snack. Braşov was a beautiful little town where you will have approx one hour to have a wonder and get a drink. On the way home we drove through some beautiful countryside in Transylvania we even saw bears. The drive is a long drive home over 3.5 hours you do stop for a comfort break. Please bear in mind that you are high up so take a jacket depending on the time of year.

"We did the small group sunset tour with Alex and Francisco, and it was absolutely fantastic! They made a great team—welcoming, knowledgeable, and super attentive. The boat was very comfortable, and they even had blankets on board in case it got chilly during the sunset. Cruising along the Tagus River, we were treated to stunning views of Lisbon from the water. The two-hour tour was the perfect length, and along the way, Alex and Francisco shared fascinating insights about the city's landmark monuments and even gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. We brought our kids along, and they were wonderful with them—very friendly, engaging, and patient. We wrapped up the tour with soft drinks and some delicious Vinho Verde. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon!"

What a day! Vali was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for the wellbeing of the bears at the sanctuary is apparent and we had a brilliant time there. The sanctuary is huge and the work they do there is much needed. Despite some of the bears still bearing mental scars from their previous lives, it is wonderful to see the environment they now enjoy and the care they receive. It was heartbreaking to hear their stories, yet heartwarming to see them being so free. Bran castle was stunning and vali's knowledge made the whole experience all the better. As part of the fort we visited was closed, Vali was kind enough to show us the nearby ski resort. We ended the day at the distillery, where we tried lots of Palinka, enjoying it so much, we bought a bottle to take back.

We had such a great day out with our guide Vlad He was very knowledgeable attentive and patient with our endless questions. Bran Castle was awesome especially in the snow and the bear sanctuary is a wonderful place. The stories of the bear's rescues were very moving and the staff are so dedicated. Rasnov Fortress is fascinating and there is a great viewing point high up where the fortress sits. The ride up is fun in a cart pulled up by a large tractor. The Palinca distillery was fun and we got very generous tastings from the distiller who was very warm and friendly. We had such a great day out and that is down to our guide Vlad Thank you for these memories Vlad

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time on the tour. Our tour guide Nora was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the history and Buda and Pest and took time to explain all the sites. She even helped our daughter practice her Hungarian. Some of our favorite sites were Hero’s Square and the Castle in Buda. We had a delicious traditional Hungarian lunch and they accommodated for our gluten and nut allergies. Rounding out the tour was the cruise in the Danube which was incredible to see the sites from the river. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Hands down one of the best tour guides I've ever had. Serban Riga made every part of the trip worth it, he was full of facts and local stories. Was more than happy to answer any questions and super accommodating and professional even when faced with difficult customers. The driver also deserves a shout out, managed tricky roads and traffic beautifully. Serban also was our personal guide inside the castles and brasov, was a exceptional touch in my opinion. Would book another tour without hesitation.

Bran Castle as as expected beautiful to see lots of history with a dash of cheesy vampire myth thrown in. The bear sanctuary was amazing we saw loads more than expected and and the story's are truly touching some sad but with the hope they provide. Our guild Vlad was informative and engaging through out. we found the distillery was not to our taste but am sure others will enjoy the host was lovely. The Rasnov fortress is not to be missed its not a tourist trap and has amazing views of the area.

"Both castles were exceptional as was the Transylvanian scenery in general. Host was very knowledgeable and managed a group of 40 people and their needs very well. Only minor issue was visiting Brasov when there was a massive musical festival on and couldn’t really see or do much . It would have been better to ask the group whether they wanted to do this effectively added another 3 hours to an already long day (0715 to 2200). Other than that was a great trip. "

We had an excellent guided tour with a small group of English speakers who wanted to learn more about the unique Familia Sagrada and gain priority access to this structure, the second-most-visited temple in the world behind the Vatican! Our Spanish tour guide was excellent, showcasing all of the detailed scenes on the outside of the cathedral, then taking us inside to the beautiful sanctuary. We highly recommend this tour!

We had such a fantastic day and we're well looked after by Vlad the driver and Eugen our guide. We absolutely loved seeing Dracula's castle, and we thought all the stops had a good amount of time available at each one. The drive has a stop about halfway to use the toilet and buy some food which was appreciated. We also loved hearing all the facts and interesting stories from Eugen. The tour was great! Tour guide and driver (Serban and Narcis) were both very good on what they do! Picked up from a central location of Bucharest on time, arrival according to the schedule. It's really remarkable how many things we saw and learn in that day trip. Serban gave as several info ..not only about the places we visited but also about general Romanian history. Vlad was an incredible guide for our hiking, walking and sightseeing trip today. He is approachable, very knowledgeable and speaks extremely good English. Vlad also accommodated our needs as we had two children with us. Vlad knows the history of the area like the back of his hand and was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend Vlad to anyone wanting to travel in and around Braşov

Although this is a big day out with a long drive, the journey was comfortable and well paced. Our guide was well organised and very informative. Both Peles and Bran castles are well worth seeing. Just be aware that Bran castle does require an uphill walk and also some narrow, steep steps within the castle. The free time for lunch/snacks at our last stop Brasov was much appreciated.

Our tour guide Szofia was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the beautiful city of Budapest and took her time to explain all the history and interesting facts about each aspect of the tour. Lunch was included and although my daughter is both vegetarian and has a gluten free diet, her needs were met and confirmed during the booking process. I can highly recommend this tour.

Serban, our tour guide was on time and kept us amused. He was very knowledgeable about Peles and Bran Castle. The van was impeccably clean and we enjoyed the small group vibe. Our driver Peter was excellent and did his best getting us through the traffic. Serban also took all the pictures we asked him to and made sure we got the best views. It is a long day but well worth it.

our guide Serban was excellent gave us loads of information even before the tour by whats app, checked in with us while on tour (free time) that we were happy and all was well, very attentive, also very informative on the places we visited, couldn't fault it. Lovely tour guide, well planned stops and a comfortable bus for the journey. Lots of walking and not accessibility friendly due to age of construction of most of the buildings. But absolutely beautiful if able to tackle steep gradients and several flights of stairs. We had a wonderful time, would consider going again.

Lots of good, wine, walking and history! Our guide, Feliciano, was friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. A Barcelona native, he took us to tapas restaurants that have been family owned for generations, and gave us deep insights into the storied history and multicultural influences of Barcelona. A beautiful evening!

Even with snow the tour went ahead as planned with no delays. The driver and guide were fantastic. The tour itself was very emotional but definitely worth a visit so you can have some comprehension of what happened. You are outside 50% of the time so if you go in the winter months you will need to wrap up warm

Anna was a fantastic guide, I could not rate this tour or Anna high enough. We had plenty of time at each stop, the information and stories along the way were second to none. The updates through watsapp for meeting points and time made everything so much easier. If you are thinking about booking......DO IT!!

100% recommend. We purchased the round trip transfer from airport to hotel & return. Both drivers were professional, on-time & pleasant. Susanna who arranged timings & pick ups was excellent, very professional and pleasant to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use this company again.

Thomas was very knowledgeable about the city and provided valuable historical information to us. He also planed the tour around traffic, parking locations, opening hours, best viewing spots..etc. so that we get to enjoy seeing the city in the most efficient and enjoyable way. Really appreciate his effort.

Sudetrip is a brilliant concept. Travel between two cities and see the real countryside on the way. Adam our guide was tremendous, knowledgeable, friendly and very flexible with times and itinerary to make sure everyone fully enjoyed the trip. We just wish Sidetrip could offer more such tours. From the pick up point - to the tour and back- a very good and moving day. This is a must if you are in the area - the site and exhibition was excellent and v thought provoking and a privilege to be allowed to see it all. A must do tour if you are in Krakow. Our tour guide was excellent.. very well organised tour and glad we went with the guide option.. our driver told us that on some tours people are just dropped off and then have to queue for ages to get on. Definitely worth the money and would highly recommend.

This was a full day! For a small price we got to see so much, and had the sweetest tour guide. She told us very informative facts about our visits, she tried to help us out with our trip and gave us tips for the remaining of our stay in her country. A great experience! Thank you

The pick from our hotel was on time,the driver was excellent and pointed out landmarks during the drive. The guide at Auschwitz was brilliant and knew the dates and explained everything. The whole day was excellent and well worth it. The lunch box was more than adequate.

Our captain and first mate were excellent. They explained the landmarks but also answered our many questions thoroughly. Our trip was a little chilly as skies were overcast. Still it was a delightful time. There were just about 12-14 of us.

Long day to visit the three sites but worth it both for the beauty of the castles and the city of Brasov. What really made the day was our outstanding guide Ioana, who filled our time with her passion, humour, authenticity and knowledge.

Peles Castle is so beautiful. The interior was amazing. The guide was knowledgeable. Maybe could enhance customer service a bit more, such as checking on how guests are doing with the walks and climbs

We loved it. Miguel is such a gifted sailor and Benny wowed us with her skills as well as her wonderful stories and history of Lisboa! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour. It was our favorite by far.
